Patek Phillipe would have made exclusive watches to be sold at the Tiffany & Co. outlets and only a handful were ever made. The exclusivity and desirability of double signed dials, especially the Tiffany and Co. ones has resulted in the values sky rocketing through the years.

This 21mm has a quartz movement and is made of solid 18k yellow gold and has a textured white dial with rope style hands. The beads of rice bracelet is in excellent condition with limited stretch.
