Returns Policy

We offer a 14 days returns policy provided that the watch has not been worn and we send it to the same company. Return postage of watches is the buyers’ responsibility. While you send the postage, we strongly recommend using an insured courier service to avoid any financial loss.

We provide no refund or exchange after 14 days.

Warranty

All timepieces bought directly from us are supplied with our 12-month Wrist and Watch Co. mechanical warranty for your peace of mind.
